The Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU) headquarters in Harrisburg, PA is a three-story facility that accounts for office configurations for its occupants, as well as future growth to the building.

Upon completion of the building, Gatter & Diehl performed renovations to the facility which included a full electrical design along with HVAC modifications to the existing underfloor air system. Those modifications included duct work, floor grilles, and air terminal devices, which were designed to accommodate for the architectural changes. Fire protection modifications were also implemented to support the architectural changes to this state-of-the-art facility. Designs used the latest technology in power, data, voice, and video.
