Our services include responsibility for all design facets involving land development, architectural, structural, MEP/FP, bid procurement, construction contract preparation, on and off-site project management and project close-out. Our project management experience includes complex designs such as Phoenix Contact’s Logistic Center of America expansion which comprised of a $21 million investment and 100,000 sq. ft. in scale.
